Dr Kaitlin Mahoney has provided exceptional care, not only with the treatments/injections but she also explains anatomy, and exactly what is happening in my knees. She’s great about patient education, so that I know what is being done, and why, as well as plans for follow up and future options.

Kaitlin Mahoney is one of the best doctors I have ever seen. She is great with explanations, very personable, and quick with diagnosis. She was able to diagnose an ankle tendon issue that I had dealt with for years in a matter of seconds, while other doctors I had gone to previously were unable to provide a diagnosis. Cannot recommend her enough.

Thank you so much to Ortho VA for providing walk-in care! This means that I can immediately get help for my daughter, who has been in understandable pain due to an ankle defect. That alone means the world to me! Dr. Mahoney listened to both my daughter and myself and really valued her input. All staff were incredible and positive. Dr. Mahoney even consulted the physician who would be doing surgery if my daughter happened to need it and gave me a call with updated care instructions. When picking up crutches, she answered my questions and was attentive to how my daughter (kind of clumsily lol) navigated her first (and hopefully only) experience with crutches. We appreciate you all!
