Dr. Fix and her staff as well as the Providence check in staff were all outstanding. It is a pleasant experience to deal with your health with knowledgeable people who make you feel like they really care. The same is true of the Lab at the Providence on Desmet Rd. They were kind, funny, made the entire process painless. I would send friends and relatives to the provider and this Providence site in the Spokane Valley.

Kayla Fix is one of the best Drs I've ever had. I'm very upset to see her leave. You should do whatever it takes to retain her. For that reason I question whether Providence is patient-centered and would give second thoughts to recommending them. You should be doing whatever it takes to keep good Drs. Your questionnaire demonstrates that as well. You don't ask questions that serve the patient/physician relationship. You appear to serve an accountant run agenda.
