MY SISTER HAD AN APPT. FOR A PROCEDURE, BUT NO ONE CHECKED THE CHART TO MAKE SURE ALL CLEARANCES NEED HAD BEEN RECIEVED, SO THE DAY OF APPT. MY SISTER MADE THE TREK TO HER DRS. OFFICE IN A SNOWSTORM, AFTER FASTING FOR 24 HRS, ONLY TO FIND OUT THAT THEY HAD NOT RECIEVED HER CLEARANCE SO PROCEDURE COULD NOT BE PREFORMED. THIS IS JUST UNACCEPTABLE.

She had a shadow with her learning and it was very distracting. She spent more time with the shadow then talking to me directly. When I told her about my issues she tried to throw medicine at the problem. I told her medicine wouldntt work because i had several symptoms and the medicine only fixed the issues with the stools and she was very cold and made me feel small and irrelevant.

et her twice (not counting the “hello” at the colonoscopy second before going under). First time she was pleasant and seemed empathetic that I had been dealing with issues for so many years. Did the procedure and called in a medicine for me to try. Tried it and when it didn’t work I found a study online about it. Told the nurse about the study because it shared that you could use Dulcolax, which I disagreed with because I can’t imagine using a laxative long-term. Doctor comes in and I tell her the side effects from the medicine. She says, “Did you really have the side effects or just read about them?”. I felt so insulted. First, if the nurse conveyed something it is because I told her and wanted to discuss it with you. Second, don’t be condescending to me just because you have “Dr.” in your title. Education in irrelevant when you should be showing care and concern from your patient who clearly knows her body more than you do after two meetings. So I spent all of 8 minutes with her to… pay $30 copay, be insulted, and have an OTC medicine called in. Not going back.

During a routine colonoscopy my mothers bowel was perforated- leading to another emergency surgery! She almost died.

Dr. Saeed was amazing! She took the time to ask many questions and inquire about my stomach issues and abdominal pain. She was determined to help me find the cause of my issues. She was helpful, efficient with my time and very informative. Highly recommended

Went into the hospital Friday and was scope Saturday! Very fast, effective, caring doctor. Loved her bed side manner and she explained everything to me.

Very informative , great bedside manor. I have and still do recommend her to all family and friends. Dr. Saeed has gone out of her way to help me. And big thaks to her well educated and cheerful staff. Thanks

Dr Saeed thoroughly explained the procedure and asked a lot of questions about my history. She did not rush through the visit at all, and all went as explained when I went in for the procedure the next week.

She was very knowledgeable. I have been to 2 gastroenterologist before seeing her and she found the diagnoses on the first appointment. Thank you Dr. Saeed.
