There was never a patient of the practice involved and the attorney gave the company an opportunity to substantiate that claim which they could not.

I feel like Dr. Donde was not a good person and not helpful to me in solving my problems. I can, in good faith, recommend him.

I have seen Dr. Donde in the past. Recently, I reached out to a company that has a solution that could help with my depression. The company then reached out to Dr. Donde on my behalf to get his permission to give me the device. As a part of this they faxed the doctor with my request. Dr. Donde then sued the company under a law that allows him to seek damages for receiving faxes even when they are from patients. I feel like this is opportunistic and totally low integrity of him to do. Upon googling him, I found that he files these types of lawsuits all the time. Who does this? Doesn't his full-time job pay enough?! After this experience I cannot trust him with my private information any further.
