I believe Dr Roland and his staff has been the best help for our family for over 20 yrs. With many health problems. His staff are always great and the other doctors in the office are always on top of my health care

The staff is burned out and does not have the energy to ask the right questions that could help speed your office visit up. The Nurse Practitioner does not want to hear what you are in there for, but has time to ask about your co-pay. Oh and try to make an appointment over the phone, good luck. No one ever picks up the phone to answer the calls. And if you leave a message, you will never get a call back. This is one of the worst office and medical staffs in San Mateo County. Stay away from this place if you can.

I'd been to this office before but hadn't seen Dr Roland. What a nice and easy to talk to Dr. He was swamped that day but I still had very little wait and he got right down to business. I was also please to see that he supported health care reform!

I'm happy to have been referred to this practice. I really like the physician; spent a considerable amount of time with me explaining diagnosis and treatment options. Other occasions to go in I've had similar experiences with the other doctors or P.A.'s. Recommended!
