Waste of time. All she wants to do is surgery. If you disagree she says your healed and that's it. She doesn't explain nothing probably because she walks in says hi, ask you some questions and then she's gone. She can't even call you back she has other people call you back. If you have questions then they need to talk to her. Which means they have to call you back. Waste of time and money.

I have had some pain with my hip and leg so I visited Dr. Singla in her West Chester office. She promptly saw me and was able to find the problem and gave me the solution. I used the physical therapy for little bit and became pain free. I did not have to wait much in the office. I also took my Mom 94 year old to see her with some pain in her right knee. She loved her and her mannerism and was able to get rid of her pain in short time.

Very compassionate and helpful to me when I had some pain in my legs and fingers. After X-ray she was able to get me the right advice and excercise which helped me to get rid of my pain. I am so thankful to her. She takes to her heart to care for patients and get the right solution. I would highly recommend her.

I had a poor experience with Dr. Singla. She spent about three minutes with me total across two separate appointments. She didn't review my MRI with me and when the time came for me to receive injections in my spine for diagnostics/pain relief, I really didn't know what to expect and was hoping she would give a brief breakdown prior to the procedure. Nope! I'm the kind of person who is able to relax more once I know what it is that the doctor is doing - she didn't tell me. I was put on the table on my stomach and she briefly mentioned "you'll feel a pinch" when she put in the first injection. Well, turns out that was just the first numbing injection and that I'd be getting one of those on each side of the vertebrae before she injections deeper in. Two injections per vertebrae on each side, and that second one was deep every time, I could definitely feel it! I really wish she had explained to me what she was doing because the pressure was uncomfortable, and it was actually painful which she only realized when I unintentionally kicked out my right leg in response. It was at that point that she said "Oh, you can feel that huh? We'll put you in twilight for the actual ablation". Yeah, thanks. I never went back for the second procedure. The first one was about $2,000 out of pocket up front (FYI NO ONE CALLED TO LET ME KNOW - I LEARNED THIS ON THE DAY OF THE PROCEDURE AND HAD TO EITHER PAY OR LEAVE WITHOUT THE PROCEDURE)... at that price, I can't afford to go back for the ablation, even if I wanted to.

Prepare to wait 20-30 minutes past your appt time every visit. After all of that waiting, she'll spend a whopping two minutes with you. She completely dismissed my MRI results and my physical therapist had to explain all of the problems. That should have been my doctor. There's nothing like being in pain daily and having a doctor tell you it's not significant. I can't take narcotics, but she treats me like a drug seeker. I'm researching doctors for a second opinion.

Did a great job and told me what to expect and what was needed for future results.

Dr. Singla saw me for my hand pain. She listened to me and took a look at my whole medical history. She reviewed my records and tried to find the source of my pain by looking at the whole picture not just some of it like other doctors. She performed tests to rule out conditions and found that my pain resulted from my work. She recommended exercises for me to do and to use more ergonomic equipment. Based on her recommendations my hand pain went away. I would recommend her to everyone as she wants to get to the root of the pain and help her patients.

My mom is struggling with early onset Alzheimer’s and has been also having major pain in her back and legs. She is barely able to walk. On multiple occasions my mom has seen this doctor and she is dismissive and rude and continues to provide no relief for her pain. Dr. Singla has made it very apparent that she does not want to treat my mom and keeps telling her to see her neurologist. I would NEVER recommend this doctor to anyone!!!

I didn’t care for the bed-side manner I’d Dr. Singla. I found her to be abrupt and rude. I was told would be given medicine to put me in twilight state while doctor gave me painful injections in my neck. But that changed the morning I was to get them. I would have refused but I had terrible neck pain and doctor refused to give me anything. Why do they tell that they are going to put you in twilight state if that’s not true! The procedure was painful and the doctor was very hateful to me during the process. I couldn’t believe she talked to me the way she did. She didn’t even prepare or explain to me what was she was about to do. I was very upset by the time she was finished! I’ll never see her again!!! I would not recommend you to either!

Dr Singla performed my Cervical Injection and the procedure went great. If I need any future Orthopedic care I will be contacting her office.

I saw Dr Singla for arm pain. After PT and medications, my pain was so much better. I was back to doing yoga quickly.
