She is wonderful.

Dr Courtemanche started off as the perfect doctor. She made time for me and really seemed to be genuinely concerned with my well being. I had never hard a difficult time with her or a negative interaction until the day I was ten minutes late to my appointment due to me getting sick on the way there. When I got there they had canceled my appointment and would not reschedule it saying I needed to see a specialist for my symptoms and that they would call me when they could schedule it. Turns out my issues where not what she diagnosed them to be two days prior to me scheduling this emergency appointment that I was 10 minutes late for! A few hours later after leaving in tears for than being denied a new appointment I ended up in the emergency room with an issue she did not even check for when I had all of the obvious symptoms two days prior to that missed appointment. When I sent her an email telling her how hurt I was and how I felt abandoned when she would not let me reschedule , she… discharged me instead of apologizing! Due to this I would NOT recommend her to anyone! Not only is she not thorough in her care but apparently she has no empathy as well. I am highly disappointed and hurt especially since I spoke so highly over her prior to this incident. If you chose her as your Pcp anyway -- DONOT be late to your appointment!!

She is very caring, she lessons, and she is a delight to talk too. Not to say that she is an outstanding doctor! She save my life by sending me to a Urologist to get my Prostrate checked out. I wish she was my daughter; I would be so prod of her!

EXCELLENT bedside manner. Dr. Courtemanche is a wonderful, caring physician. It takes them a little time to answer their phone and it takes awhile to get an initial appointment, but she is worth the wait.

Dr. Courtemanche is the most caring doctor I have ever dealt with. If she needs to find out more information about something she does it. She listens and then thinks, and then reacts.

Dr. Courtemanche and her nurse Shannen are probably the best medical professionals that I have ever dealt with. Dr. Courtemanche takes the time to sit down with me at each appointment and creates a plan for each medical concern that I have. They do a great job of advocating for their patients, including fighting insurance companies when they deny tests, as well as finding and scheduling appointments with specialists for their patients. Both Dr. Courtemanche and Shannen are both readily available to speak on the phone and return calls promptly. The office staff is also very friendly, and it is easy to get a same-day appointment if needed. Even though I will soon be moving 30 minutes away, I will still be seeing Dr. Courtemanche, because a good primary care doctor is worth the drive. I highly recommend this practice!
