Just horrible

Unprofessional and uneducated staff. If you’re okay with waiting 2+ hours for your appointment come see this doctor here at this location. They take forever to answer the phones and staff yells patient information across the room for another staff member to input into the computer and staff talks about inappropriate things not related to their job. I’ve truly never seen a doctors office function so horrible complete trash. Again the wait here was 2+ hours for an appointment that was already scheduled ended up just leaving. Cannot put into words how uneducated these people are here 0 stars if i could.

Hes delivered all 5 of my babys andbI trust him withball my heart. Hes sweet, kind and the b Very best at what he does! I love him!

He delivered my daughter and also helped me when I miss carried with helping healing hands he’s a great doctor

Always takes the time to Hear what i have to Say! Ive Been His Patient for the past 11years and Never have i been disappointed! I LOVE DR ALECOZAY!!!! Highly Recommend him to EVERYONE!!!

STAFF IS INSANELY RUDE MAD GIRLS AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

IVE BEEN WITH DR ALECOZAY FOR 20 YEARS. HE HAS TAKEN CARE OF ME WITH SUCH COMPASSION. HE HAS SEEN ME AT MY LOWEST AND HAS BROUGHT ME BACK UP, I AM ONCE AGAIN ENJOYING MY LIFE.

I think Dr Alecozay is a very nice Dr. He always very cheerful full of confidence. I only wish he was proactive with his work!! He doesn't tell you the honest truth about your findings. He makes big mistakes and doesn't tell the customer about it. Not only was I in my nursing rotation and was in the OR and over heard all he did to my sisters ovaries , the staff was still talking about her partial ovary removal. It must have been really bad, that 3 days later techs were still talking about my sisters procedure, not knowing I was her sister!! My sister went for her follow up to hear everything went well!! Lies,lies,lies!! Maybe he did that to give her hope, I just think he should have been honest with her! She got a second opinion and well it was confirmed her rt ovary was removed! 2 years later she hadn't been able to consive, very sad!

Absolutely LOVE the Doctors! However, I will not be returning back. The wait is always long. I'm disappointed with the organization of the appointments. Many times, I sign in ahead of my appointment time by 10 or 15 minutes because I am just naturally a punctual person. On numerous occasions, women who I KNOW signed in after me get called before me. I make mental notes in my head as I wait of who came at what time. It is really frustrating to see this! I don't know if these women had earlier appointment times and they just showed up late, but it sucks for the person who is actually on time for their appointment. I don't know for sure if that is what's going on.. But maybe I should show up 20 minutes late to my appointment to have a less wait time!! I love the doctors and the staff is friendly but I am absolutely SICK AND TIRED of waiting like this. Especially when other patients sign in after me. I'm finishing out my pregnancy here, but will be looking elsewhere in the future. I… really hope this review serves this office as true feedback and they can make some changes to fix this problem.
