Dr. Abraham A Glazer, MD

Went for second opinions and none supported the most concerning part of his recommendations. If you see him, be ready with questions as he will be moving quickly to the next patient.

Dr. Glazer, and his nurses provided comfortable, compassionate, logical clinically sound information. The on,y reason I didn't rate all excellent a, is because the receptionists I dealt with were extremely rude & uncaring.

At first appoinment no one not him or nirse examined took vitals or tested patient in any way. Second appt was told of infection and sent back to nursing home but on way got shaky then fever and sick within half hour of appt By ambulance to hospital and when Glazer after hour line was called he basically did not want to talk as he was busy in a meeting and te hospita would take careof it since HE urology was surgica and since there was infection no surgery. ARROGANT ABRUPT AND I SUSPECT INCOMPETENT AS THERE WAS NO HANDS ON CARE AT THE HOSPITAL FOR THE INITIAL STAY AND THEY AGAIN NO HANDS ON CARE AT THE FIRST APPOINTMENT

It is most unfortunate that so many reviewers carry negative emoitons towards Dr.Glazer. His qualifications are astounding and he is effective. What else do you REALLY need from your doctor?

You are not going to find a better doctor-anywhere. He is truly brilliant and caring. You will be fortunate to be numbered amongst his patients. Truly, the best!

He told me what I had, he told what to do and I did it , I think he is super he saved my life.

Very rude. Inappropriate, unprofessional, uncaring, abrupt, errogant, makes wrong judgment, doesn't believe the patient, thinks he is God's Gift. Would not ever recommend him especially to a female and not a male either, ruined my bladder 10 years ago, probably doesn't even know it. Wrote letters, but no response even from the office. Would never want anyone to go through what I went through. Did not teach me how to self catheterize, I had to go to emergency and wait to urinate for at least 1/2 hour. Didn't bleieve nurse at my home or patient. Should not be practicing. Would not trust him with cancer or anything for that matter. I have been in the medical field and know how a good doctor should be. All I can do is save someone else.

He did a great job on my prostatectomy done with the da Vinci robot. If you are looking for a good surgeon for this type of surgery, I recommend him. He is direct and to the point but not arrogant. He explains the procedure very well and gives you ample time to get your questions answered
