Dr. Abubakr Akhtar Bajwa, MD

Dr. Bajwa is one of those rare physicians that actually listens to his patients. He is professional & compassionate. I realize how busy he is, but when he enters the room you feel like you are his only patient. I’ve seen him for almost 4yrs & I’m so grateful for his expertise & willingness to go the extra mile. The office staff is also respectful and responsive. Thank you to Ruth who took my vital signs at my last visit. She was pleasant & kind. A big shout out to Khalisha who is always responsive to any issues that may arise. She goes above and beyond. I have several chronic health issues, Dr. Bajwa and the office staff are one of the best specialist I’ve encountered.

In all my years of being a patient of Dr. Bajwa as my physician I have never seen him not be caring or rude to anyone. In my opinion he has always shown concerned and goes into great detail about treatment plans or why he fells a test is necessary. I have a feeling the negative review of Dr. Bajwa that maybe the reviewer may have confused him with another colleague in the same practice. I have had bad experiences with the other doctors in the same practice of being rude and lacking compassionate.

On the second day of my mother's final week of life, with her awake, alert and aware of what was being said in her presence, this pathetic excuse for a professional doctor said she would only experience repeated problems with pneumonia or congestion and the family should consider ending any treatments--that said WITH HER HEARING EVERY WORD. That's such an egregious disregard for life, such a discourteous regard for her struggling to improve and recover, and such a heartless comment to discourage an 84 year old patient. His manner was totally rude, inconsiderate and unprofessional, while nurses and family were encouraging my mother to rest and improve--he might as well have urged us to dig her grave before the body was even cold, he will NEVER serve as a physician for any member of my family. And I haven't written anything here I won't say to your face Bajwa, in private, public or before a horde of media. Go back to medical school, EDUCATE yourself on compassion, manners, especially… BEDSIDE manner in presence of patients who are aware of your cruel, heartless words. I wouldn't allow you to treat my dog.

Excellent doctor

Dr Bajwa saved my life. I had given up on hope once my pulmonary hypertension progressed but he gave me hope and treated me with a infusion through a pump which is now my lifeline. I am back to work and full of life
