I have thyroid problems and have been looking for help. First appointment he gave little info and changed meds and I thought it might help. Second appt after blood work, it seemed like he didnt want to be bothered and wanted me out of the office.

As a new insulin user I was upset since I had only taken oral meds for the last 15 years. He put me at ease and helped me get on a schedule that works. His office staff has been great and even recognizes my voice when I call.
