Went to him for a year. Every time that I went I waited forever and he was completely rude the entire time. Every time I went he insisted on a blood test which I would receive 3 separate bills for and make me come to a follow up appointment a month later. As a healthy 26 year old I questioned the constant blood tests at my last appointment. He got aggressive with me and said take the blood test or leave. I took the test. 2 days later I got a call saying he wouldn't see me anymore and I need to schedule with a new Dr. because he felt I didn't trust him... He just wants your money and if you ask questions you're gone. Criminal waste of my time.

Dr Alcaraz is my primary care physician and I feel very lucky to have him, he is compassionate and knowledgeable. I feel like he truly cares about me and I am comfortable discussing personal matters with him.

His way or no way. I would actually give him 0 stars. Waste of my time. I was there fore 3-1/2 hours and still wasn't done. Writes out referrals you don't want. He thinks you have all day to spend with doctors. Does not care if you have a job and bills. Very, very sad .

Dr. Alcaraz took the time listen to my symptoms and ran all test necessary to help diagnose me when other health care professionals chose not to. A genuinely caring man, he takes a personal interest in each one of his patients.

Been going to this practice since I was a child. Since old doctor left it's been going down. Went in for an appointment and got taken straight in to the doctors office, waited 45+ minutes, nobody came in (not even to tell me if it would be a while to to apologize and explain and let me know when I would be seen) and I was the only patient there, and I could hear the doctor talking with colleagues down the hall. Rude and unprofessional. Never going back, time to find a new doctor! Does not appreciate his patients or their time AT ALL!
