I am so glad that I was referred to Dr Ginsberg at First State Orthopedics. He was able to look at my MRI and schedule me for an injection. He said that he didn't think that I needed surgery so I was really relieved! The staff was very friendly and helpful too. Thank you so much for helping me to finally feel better! I would definitely refer Dr Ginsberg if you're having back pain.
This doc thinks he is the bomb. He was a total bro cool guy and treated me like I was stupid and said its not like if I touch you, you're magically going to walk out of here feeling better. So rude! I need to fix my spine issue but probably going to swap Drs because I can't feel confident in a dr who acts like this and couldn't sit still. It's like he had 30 expressos or some drugs. Motor mouth wouldn't let me get a word in edgewise and was practically screaming at me by the end. Take a chill pill...bro.
Spent time listened to me made accurate diagnosis before I was sent for mri and emg both tests confirmed his diagnosis that he made by physical exam I had two injections and have been pain free since he's great

A very unprofessional young doctor. He is very arrogant and full of himself and never said hello or introduced himself but rather immediately asked me "why I was there". He was thrown off that I was from PA, my injury occurred in MD and I was in DE seeking medical advice. I had an acute injury of the spine which happened while visiting MD and since I could not be very mobile was staying with a friend in DE and he could not get over that fact. He spent all of 2 minutes TELLING me that I needed a brace, it would be expensive, and I should hope my insurance will pay for it. When I told him that my pain meds that the ER scripted were to run out and what should I do he went into a 20 min rather arrogant and speedy speil of how he is NOT a pain management doctor, and that he would write me a refill for one of the 3 pain meds I was on but not to come see him again for a refill because this injury hurts, he knows that, but I would just have to live with it until the brace does its job. I was flabbergasted!!! I am a professional woman who works in spinal cord research and understand my injury well, thankfully , because this man is nothing short of incompetent. I almost walked out and looked for the cameras because I swear I was being punked. He then went into my surgical options by saying "the procedure is really not a big deal, these orthos do major procedures with ease with their eyes closed so this procedure is nothing so if you want the procedure its really no big deal". Really? is that how you explain a procedure on someones spine? Not a big deal? sorry but MY SPINE is big deal to ME. Will never return and will be sure to spread the word not to either. First state should be embarrassed to have such a representative for their practice. Will be going to Rothman, where I know I will get qualified care.
I should have read the bad reviews. He is young and full of himself. Does not listen. Rushes in and rushes out. I had an epidural and the entire time he was doing it he made comments like "wow, I am good", "look at this, I am the best". Really? No your not. Very unprofessional. His physician's assistant knows more than he does. She should be the one treating patients, not him. Find someone else to go to.
