Thorough exam, explained everything and I LOVED how he asked at the end “Do you have any questions?” and actually looked me in the eyes while turned towards me. Great bedside manner.

Dr Mandel has been fantastic. Before and after ankle surgery he followed me to insure my recovery was quick but safe so I could Get on with my physical activities and enjoy walking exercising and golfing again.

The only complaint I have is if you require people to go on your portal prior to coming for your visit to fill out all the information you shouldn’t have to do all that paperwork once you get to the office.

Dr Hacksaw . Cannot get foot straight when doing a ankle fusion does not understand the pain from his screwed up procedures. A real Butcher

I have had 2 surgeries done by Dr. Mandel due a major car accident. The care I received was phenomenal. The PA or Dr. Mandel was always able to answer my questions and were prompt in getting back to me. My entire experience with Peninsula Ortho was 2nd to none. Thank you for caring about your patients.

My injury was beyond Dr Mandel ' s abilities with which I had no issue... but he jerked me around stating my delays were due to insurance issues until I called my insurance company to find no issue. ... I wasn't informed until my primary called him personally when he suggested I go to Baltimore but could my primary tell me so....
