Dr. Adam Kouyoumjian

I had an awful experience with this doctor. Well, he actually never came to see me or talk to me. The medical assistant came and didn't even say his name or who he was; I had to ask. I gave him images of my hip that I already had. After 25 minutes, he came back saying that the doctor looked at the images I provided and wanted me to have a back x-ray done. I asked to see the doctor and talk to him, but I was told that he would only talk to me after the x-rays. Well, if I'm going to expose myself to radiation again, I wanted to understand why. He never came. He couldn't take five minutes of his time to speak to his patient. I left. When you pay to see a doctor, you want to see the doctor. To me, he had the most disrespectful attitude.

I have been a patient of Dr. Kouyoumjian for years and he is the best. He is caring, he listens, takes time to listen. He doesn’t shove things down your throat, he gives options. I couldn’t ask for a better orthopedic doctor. The staff is amazing. Would highly recommend Dr. Kouyoumjian!

Thank you Dr.K an staff amazing process. Happy with new knee! Yes it was hard at times but had to be done.done. Life's better with knee replacement! No problems ! Dr.K a confidence helped me -push thru am work at therapy harder. Going thru process- an yes I'll have to do other knee--?! The PA staff makes sure you have what's needed - . Office very thorough and helpful. Love the helpful therapy best care an convenience @ Orthro Texas . Just get it done!

Dr K is hands down the most arrogant SOB Dr that I’ve ever had the misfortune of seeing. I think he’s sadistic and enjoys inflicting pain on his patients. He should have gone into research where he had no patient interaction. Terrible social skills.

Dr. K. gave me the time and concern every patient needs and wants. He gave me options but most importantly, he did an MRI and diagnosed my hip quickly. I highly recommend him and the care received.

I went to Dr K after a Knee Injury and the Dr couldn't diagnose that my Ligament had ruptured. He was treating me with steroid shots. Literally after begging , he allowed to do an MRI which is after 6 -8 months after the injury, found that I had my Ligament is completely ruptured along with Meniscus tear That moment I lost the trust. Now I had a surgery and slowly recovering. I am sure, if the Dr had diagnosed the issue first time itself, then I would have been walking normally by now. I will never recommend Dr K to any one whom I know. I will call it hit or miss case

I wish I could leave 0 stars.. this was the absolute WORST experience I've ever had with a physician. This doctor is completely incompetent... his staff is unprofessional and rude! He didn't listen to anything I had to say, he completely dismissed my questions and concerns and wrote me a prescription for a medicine I could buy over the counter!!! Do not waste your time with this guy! What a joke!!!!

Beware. I visited him for knee Hyaluronic acid joint injections. No relief after. This quack lured me into spending hundreds of dollars out-of-pocket for other office procedures not covered by Medicare.
