Dr. Adam Kenneth Olmsted, MD

Went to get an MRI as required by my Orthopedic doctor. I arrived at 11 am filled out the forms and was told they would put me in the next available appointment for that day. I was told they would call me and that I needed to be able to come back on short notice. I'm a college student who had to get a ride to the doctors and my campus is about 50 min away. So I had to just hang around the area. I called back at 2:00 and was told to keep waiting. I called back at 4:30 and this time I was told that my insurance couldn't be confirmed because Blue Cross closed at 11am (which turned out to be a lie they were open till 5 that day). So I wasted an entire day of my time and that of a fellow student, both of missing classes and Basketball Practice. I called back on the following morning and was told the woman I needed to talk to was on another line and would call me back. That call never came. I called another MRI imaging office and was told that there was no need to call to confirm my… insurance before they could do the required imaging. So my experience with this office was not good. They lied, they wasted a lot of my time, delayed me getting treatment 5 days, didn't return calls and basically treated me like a human ATM. My treatment was never a concern only the money I represented. I wouldn't recommend going here even if it was free.
