He constantly ran out of my critical medication, or he never continued various medication in a timely manner. This caused multiple trips to the emergency room.

Worst primary care provider we have seen. This guy should not be working as a doctor. As with the rest of the negative reviews, we've had an awful experience, and the front office staff is one of the reasons why. Honestly, not sure what they're doing there. I'm surprised the Dept. of Health or some other health authority has not taken his medical license and permanently closed this office. We do not recommend this doctor at all. Whatever your health situation is, go to anyone else except this guy.

I am not sure the negative reviews seems like a lot of people are upset because he is busy? He is an amazing doctor and in high demand. I have been seeing him for years and his expertise is second to none.

I was there on Nov 2018, doctor put the referral for me to see 3 specialists, although staff were telling me that "ya, we sent the request" but they never did until 5 days passed! (they were lying to me) finally they submitted the request; after 2-3 weeks and when I didn't receive any update, I called my insurance, they said they spoke with Pearl (one of the staff member) and she voided the request!! What? I was waiting to see specialist for 3 weeks and she voided the request! without talking to me! without letting me know why! I called the office to figure that out, Pearl was not available and never returned my call. So in simple words: Try to see another doctor. I hope Dr Boutros sees this complain and does something about his office and patient care.

So dont go to FV regional Hospital or Anaheim skilled nursing home where he is "suppose: to be a Dr. at. He is never there, never calls the nurse back. The communication is non existent & very poor. He seems to visit at night when patients are asleep, 1x a month. Doesnt communicate with patient. HMO patients be ware hes worst!! What happen to the actual care of a Dr., before all this insurance crap. Ive made 10 calls in 5 days no response. DO NOT SEE THIS DR!!!! and his phone lines at the lake forest is also a nightmare to get to. NO ONE CARES at these places!! I CANT TELL YOU ENOUGH AS SOMEONE WOULD DIE IN HIS ACTUAL CARE AND NOT GETTING THE CARE YOU NEED IS NOT EVEN IN HIS REALM OF WORK. SO AS A PATIENT YOU ARE MISERABLE!!

My experience with this doctor was great. He I have been going to him for a couple of years. He is busy but because I noticed they have lots of patients which require special assistance so I usually have to wait a few to get in. He is compassionate with his patients

Great understandable dr.. The wait is long but he listens to my medical needs and addresses them very well

I relocated and returned to the city where I was originally living. When I called the insurance carrier to find my doctor again, they rep told me he was no longer taking patients. I called a second time and another told me he had passed away. This doctor has been my physician for years and realized that the information given to me was misleading. I found my favorite Dr. Boutros and am certain that the misleading info was purposely used to divert my search. Thank you doctor for being there for us. You are our voices and advocate. We appreciate eveything you have done.

This doctor is unbelievable. Every time a patient like myself reports what we've experienced, he has a member of his staff write a fake review, declaring how great he is. Guys, don't believe this. Dr. Boutros is incompetent, but that's not the worst part. He schedules so many patients that are on government insurance that either your appointment gets cancelled on short notice or you end up waiting 2 hours in the waiting room. Also, it says on here that he has training in Internal Medicine - that's a lie. Go to the California Medical Board, he has no training in Internal Medicine, only Family Practice. Even then, he is not board certified. Have you no shame, Boutros? You have your staff come here and submit fake reviews because you don't want anyone knowing the truth

This doctor is the best! His office staff are courteous and try to assist in getting me an appointment anytime they can. I wish the staff can send away the patients that act as if they are sick.They just take up all the appts they complain for nothing and are littering at the office. Doctor is too nice an should let these patients wait in the hospital emergency rooms!
