I have found Dr. Malaty to be excellent in all respects. An expert at his craft. I suffered from chronic anxiety and had unknowingly taken too much of one medicine to which my body adapted. He knew exactly what to do. He carefully guided me to a gradual decrease in the use of that medication, so that I no felt withdrawal symptoms. He also guided me, in careful steps, in how to use other medicines correctly. I have carefully followed his directions on what and what not to do in taking anti-anxiety medications and am glad of it. I will stick with him. Highly recommended.

Personality wise, I wasn't sure about him at first but he is incredibly smart and is an excellent doctor. After 6 years of being misdiagnosed by other mental health professionals, he was finally able to help me. It changed my life. He asks the right questions and truly does care about his patients.

Dr. Malaty, MD is extremely responsive and cares about his patients. He has helped my elderly mother tremendously. He is board certified in both psychiatry and neurology.

Even though I had disagreements with him and doing a 5150. I respect his decision. He’s a good doctor and would recommend him to other patients.
