Dr. Adriana P Grigorian has the following 1 specialty
An ophthalmologist has the training to do much more than just prescribe glasses. They are physicians specially trained to diagnose and treat disorders of the eyes and vision. These doctors are experts on the complicated anatomy of the eye and are trained to treat eye diseases through both medical and surgical methods.
Some common conditions that ophthalmologists treat are cataracts, glaucoma, strabismus, diabetic retinopathy, macular degeneration and amblyopia. In addition, ophthalmologists can provide prescriptions for eye glasses and contact lenses and perform LASIK surgery and other corrective surgeries for refractive errors like myopia (near-sightedness), hyperopia (far-sightedness), astigmatism and presbyopia.

My 12 month old was referred to see her to check out his blocked tear duct. She made no attempt to warm up to the baby and just came at him with tools and scared him to death so he started crying hysterically the whole time. She claimed she looked into his eyes (no clue how since he was kicking, screaming and crying) and that he needed to be put under for a surgery and I needed to schedule it right away. She started to explain to me about the surgery but my baby was still crying hysterically so I couldn't hear her and instead of waiting to let me calm him down she just kept talking and told me her assistant would call me to schedule the surgery. Terrible. It was a horrible experience. I went to the Cleveland Clinic for a second opinion and the doctor I saw there was absolutely AMAZING, and told me there wasn't any rush for surgery.
