I'm pleased I made the decision to see Dr Prawak over 4 years ago. She has been excellent in treating me. I will miss her not being in the practice after October. Losing an Educared and considerate Dr. on your staff.

The procedure was performed in an efficient manner. Dr. Prawak was very good explaining how the procedure was to be done. She made sure that I was aware of what was going on.

She’s an awesome doctor. She takes care of the pain that I have. I’ve been there a few times for injections and everything and it really works. Really helps. I would not go to nobody else. I’ve been going to her for quite a while.

Dr Prawak is absolutely the best Physician & it is an honor to be her patient. She is an extremely skilled diagnostician. Dr will listen to patients, and include their concerns in her treatment plan. She will explore all options to help her patients have a better life. I am so lucky to have her as my Doctor.
