I take my residents to her my first experience was like I've been going to her all my life... I observed her with other patients before even talking to her.. how you ask ?... Well because she took time to come to the front desk to make sure the gentleman understand what was going on. We don't see much of that anymore. May GOD continue to bless her practice

Don't do job doesn't care about patient will medical needs appointment not given fairly or promptly among much more don't fall for false review like I did

Dr. Tounsil is a very good doctor. She actually listens to you about your complaints/ailments and doesn’t jump to conclusions. She will not send you for the wrong tests, she will do everything in her judgement to get you the proper care and quickly. She has a very friendly staff that will go the extra mile to make you feel comfortable. Is you decide to choose her practice and need to have blood drawn or get stuck by a needle in anyway, her head nerse Pam can stick you anywhere and you will never know you just had an injection. Side note: This is a doctors office and you the patient should understand that sometimes oppointment times run over. That being said, I’ve been a patient of hers for two years and have run the gamut on procedures and check ups; the longest I’ve ever waited past my appointment time was twent minutes, that’s impeccable in my book. And with my husbands 50 year old check- up which was not performed correctly by a prior Dr . Dr. Tounsel corrected and completed. Was very patient and thorough. thank you again.
