This was the first time I visited the office of Dr. Cha. There were no other patients in the waiting room, I didn't have to wait to be seen by the doctor. She was very attentive, asked all kinds of questions to get familiar with my health. The exam went smoothly, she gave me options to choose from. I also received a summary of the visit in my email, which is nice to have. I am pleased with the choice of doctor I made.

Dr.Cha is probably the most compassionate doctor I have ever been to. I finally have hope after a long battle with an auto immune condition that has been kicking my tail for years. Dr. Cha is definitely on my side.

I’ve been visiting Dr. Cha’s practice for a few years now. She always takes the time to ask how I am doing, how everything is going, etc. I’m sure she’s seen so many patients and forget who is who but taking a moment to ask is always appreciated. She makes sure I have no questions before leaving. Overall, a wonderful experience.

Dr. Cha is very personable with a passion to excel with the best medical care and bedside manners possible. What I love the most is the attention to detail that she gives me each time I come into her office, she allows me to ask the many questions I always have and she’s there with the best answers and support each time. It’s hard to find doctors that are very in tuned with their patients and she is by far very in tuned, loving, caring and really wants the best for her patients.

Staff always professional and friendly. Dr Cha is professional and knowledgeable, takes her time with patients. I don’t feel rushed and I get to ask questions. Great practice!

I Have had my second Monalisa treatment done, for vaginal atrophy and Lichen Sclerosis, both have significantly improved.
