Dr Afshin Ghayoumi, MD

Dr. Ghayoumi never disappoints. He is listening, knowledgeable, intelligent, with respectful and compassionate bedside manner. Dr. Ghayoumi is very thoughtful, he is great diagnostician and thinks out of the box, coming with ideas of possible diagnosis that I as a patient didn't even think about, and at the same time he involves me as a patient in testing and treatment plan decisions, agreeing to explore the direction I thought about as well. Dr. Ghayoumi is very thorough, does detailed physical exam, but at the same time very efficient, makes decisions and places referrals quickly and makes clear to me as a patient what are the next steps. I always leave appointments with Dr. Ghayoumi encouraged and confident that his treatment plan will help me get better soon. Thank you Dr. Ghayoumi!

service is very poor and he is more interested in billing than treating patients. He billed me for the any out patient visit even though i told him its not of concern. If he asks you of other concerns just he keep quiet or else he will charge you as another visit

Been terribly sick and went to this doctor, but he dismissed all my symptoms (high fever, severe chills, cough, bad joint pains etc.,) as a mere "common-cold" which would get better in a couple of days.Been to a different doctor and was diagnosed with something more serious.We know our body and when we say something, the doctor has to trust us, instead of comparing with other patients.Wouldnt recommend this doctor to anyone.

He is good to speak to and pretty friendly. But overall, he had completely wrong diagnosis related to my knee w/o any referral to ortho doctor. He recommended me to exercise which made my ACL tear worse. Unless, there is a simple fever I won't recommend this doctor.
