Dr. Chuk is very caring ando does a amazing job taking care of her patients. My husband and I both use her and wouldn't think of going anywhere else.

ALWAYS fat shames me is rude doesn't take the fact I know my own body I am done ! have found new doctor must go to Akron. I have reported her a few times and my conciencse is clear

i have been there a few times and the Dr seems so rushed, she does not listen to me, I found Sandy to be very helpful and kind, she seems to care about her patients. She seems to be doing everything in that office and has no help most of the time. This is not a way to run an office. I will not go back.

I've been here over a course of about 6 times. Every time I come my wait is at least 20 minutes, I go to the room, wait a bit longer... then when she's in there with me as I'm describing my issues and everything it seems like she's rushing me and goes to her medication book to look up an RX to wright me. EVERY TIME I'm there. Feel like she doesn't thoroughly listen to my issues and concerns with my body. Literally looks though a drug book to prescribe me medication. Makes no sense. Rushes me in and out.

I brought my 17 year old daughter to her today for the first and last time for high blood pressure and anxiety attacks. She body shamed my daughter calling her "fat" and asking "why do you weigh so much" , she told her she ruined her face because she has lip piercings. She mocked her for the stretch marks on her stomach. She yelled at me every time I wanted to ask a question. Then she picked apart my family for being large and have six boys. She wouldn't treat my daughter for her anxiety issues because she has six brothers she insisted that must be the problem (even though they get along very well). She told me to shut up and at one point yelled "Jesus Christ". She was hands down the most obnoxious so called doctor I have ever met and my daughter was so body shamed she left the office crying. When I told the receptionist we wouldn't be back, she looked at us like patients complaining is the norm around there and very nicely said "I'm so so sorry". This doctor has ZERO bedside manor and… I wouldn't take my dog to her.

I would not recommend this doctor to ANYONE. She is unbelievably rude and unprofessional. I try asking her questions, and she is short with me. She has actually stated that she did not have time to discuss a situation with me and to ask her on my next visit! Are you serious???? She had call me fat every time I come in there. She won't increase my medication dose when asked. I am verbally abuse by her and her nurse/receptionist, Sandy every time I am in there. Due to the lack of doctors who take new patients along with my insurance, I was unable to find anyone who could get me in right away. I am now searching for a new PCP. Her staff is just as rude as she is. I cannot believe these people are in the health care business at all. She should have her license revoked!!!! This is my 3rd visit with her, and I am done! I will be reporting her to the Medical Board for her conduct. I wish I have read reviews before I went to her. Every review from this site an others are negative. … Take my advice...save your time and look for another doctor, you will regret going to her!

The Dr is ok but her staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. I would not go back because of this alone. I would NOT recommend her office to any of my friends because of her staff. Sandy needs take some classes on how to treat others and not be so RUDE!!!!

She asked me 6 times if I had kids and I kept saying no so she basically accused me of being skitzo frenic because I don't spread my legs for every man!!!
