Went in for a simple laproscopic abdominal hernia surgery. When I woke up I felt like I had been beaten with a baseball bat and he told me I was bleeding a lot and to find out if I have a bleeding disorder. Turns out he nicked something during the surgery causing me to bleed internally; which I didn't find out until I read the surgical report. A week later I had to have a blood transfusion and he never followed up with me. 2 or 3 months later I felt the hernia again and found out he didn't use enough mesh to cover it and had to have the surgery again. Of course I used another surgeon (Dr. Anthy Demestihas) who was amazing, 7 years later no reoccurence of the hernia after she operated on it.

Went a year ago for a couple of procedures. Absolutely love this doctor. Kind caring and no problems. Very competent

Dr. Fotovat is one of the best doctor's and one of the best PEOPLE I have ever has the pleasure to know! I loved him !!!

Stay away from this doctor. He doesn't care about his patient. He doesn't care about his patient or has no clue about what is is doing. When you ask a question, he responds by saying " I am not a fortune teller" How awful. He is a nasty person and should retire.

This man operated on my husband and obviously something went wrong. An out patient proceedure became a 6 day hospital stay nightmare. The Doctor never admitted a mistake and infact blamed my husband and acted with callous lack of care or concern. Finally my husband saw a second Doc who intervened and he got some relief. Maybe Fotovan was a good surgeon but he has gotten too used to wham bam your done and out and when a patient needs real care he is unable to deliver. His bedside manner is offensive.
