Dr. Ahmed Hussain, MD

I liked Doctor Hussain, but his staff is incompetent. I saw him over a week ago and was supposed to get a prescription sent to my pharmacy, as of today it still has not been sent., even after calling and re-calling again and was told, "I will do that right now"! I won't be going back again! Just love having pain and discomfort when I should not be, if I had gotten the medication that was prescribed. I am retired, but I was an office manager, and those people would be FIRED!!, if they were under my management!!!

I brought my elderly Mom in as a new patient with many health challenges. We arrived early to complete paperwork and still were not seen for another 45 minutes. Dr. Hussain walked in and sat at the computer, never introduced himself, he had his back to us, he only turned to my Mom once, asked her to squeeze his hand and asked how she was feeling today. He turned back around to the computer before she could respond and did not at acknowledge her response. Thereafter, he had his back to us and was on the computer and texting on his phone. A tumor was found in the base of my Mom's brain during a hospital stay and as we shared our concerns and the changes that were taking place in her body, he never turned around or responded. One of her concerns was pressure in the back of her left eye and her eye constantly running, along with difficulty walking and weight loss. Dr. Hussain did not look at her eye, ask her to walk and again NEVER turned around to address us. She also has congestive heart… failure and he didn't even listen to her heart/lungs. He was completely unconcerned and finally stood up and handed me a piece of paper telling me that we need to find a nerosurgeon. I then asked him to re-evaluate my Mom's medication and he said, he would do that after she saw the nerosurgeon. I then shared that she was running out of some of her meds and he simply turned around to the computer again selected all of her meds to be refilled. First off, what doctor does this with a new patient without asking any questions?? The older lady at the front desk matched his personality as well. I felt sorry for the elderly patients that were there alone. I will never take my Mom back to Dr. Hussain! Worst bedside manner I've ever experienced!

He is one of the best Doctor's that I have seen. He listens to you and he takes time to actully talk with you about your concerns.
