If the solution to your medical problem is not easy, he gets bored and checks out. Looking for a new doctor. Have been seeing him for a year with no improvement.

Would highly recommend, has a great staff.

He was very professional. On top of that, I found him to be very personable. I trust his skills and abilities.

I am very disappointed that when I already knew that I had an hemorrhoid that he gave me a level 4 visit for just looking at it and telling me what it was. I was under the impression it was going to be treated at the clinic but I was referred to another location. He charged me a level 4 consultation for $350 when all he did was look at it only. I am very disappointed he charged so much when he ended up referring me and another dr had to take care of it

Your need a procedure, this is the place to go, if you want pateint care, a doctor that will spend more than 5 minutes with you, and a support staff that actually provides support, this is NOT the place. You know when the person on the end of the phone says that's not convenient for the doctor, you have called the wrong place. When the staff is more concerned about the doctor and not the patinet, not the practice you want providing your care. six day since the procedure and not even a phone call as to "how are you doing." Perhaps they should take a courese on AVOIDING ABANDONMENT CLAIMS. Very poor service, at least the INOVA Hospital has stepped up to the plate, not the first issues with this doctor and practice

All about the procedure and billing information for the insurance company, no follow-up, rude support staff. too many patients and not enough staff to provide patient care. Impossible to get thru the phone system to talk with someone. If you are interested in actual patient care and follow-up, not the place to go, go else even if you have to wait... it has been five days and they have not responded to my primary doctors, the pharmacist, or the hospital request to correct a prescription after more than a dozen total calls. No follow-up with the patient.

He was thorough...listened to my complaints and responded to ALL of them. Very reassuring. Felt like I had had the best advice support from a medical professional since I moved to Virginia from Michigan..where I had excellent care at the Henry Ford Hospital

Dr Hegab and staff in the Herndon Office were very professional and caring. They were very efficient and careful during my procedure. I will go back to his practice anytime if I ever had any other gastro issues.

I am not happy with this doctor! Very poor communication with patient. Her Nurse Sally is very rude and does not know what is doing! She rushed me to hospital for a test that was not need andworried me to death, and didnot appologize!! Dr. Hegab messed up with my procedure and I was rushed to ER twice for bleeding out of control. What a nightmare!This doctor is too busy to take care of his patients, careless, and has problem withdiagnosis... I am not going back to see him.
