When you go in, the whole staff makes you feel welcome. Not like you're at a cattle herding. They take the time to ask questions and get to know you. Dr. Rai always comes in with a smile and a handshake. I get injections in my wrists and he is always very patient with me, he knows it hurts, he's always sorry....but he treats me like a person, not a paycheck, and I appreciate that. You don't find too many doctors like him anymore.

Dr. Rai is extremely thorough, has an excellent bedside manner, leaving you with a feeling that you're not 'just another number' to him. Truly a gem....
