Dr. Akhil Raghuram, MD

Overall a failure in the Hippocratic Oath a doctor swears to when they become a doctor.

3 doctors tell me I need surgery, in 5 min he says a Cpap will solve my problems, I explained that other doctors told me that no way it would work but since my insurance cancelled my surgery and required my to try it I would, he said it will solve your problems but you will only be renting it till we know it works. I tried for a few weeks it made my problem worse, tried to return and I'm told it's already paid for just keep trying it we think it helps some,frustrated I have no choice. 2 years later I get a collections letter telling my I owe 700 bucks, not one call or letter or anything for over 2 years, calling them is a joke no call backs nothing. They are liars and deceptive.

"Dr" Raghuram seemed like all he cared about was getting my money. He doesn't act like a normal doctor who cares about his patients and has a hard time communicating. As a previous review mentioned, I too am wary of his Indian medical degree and the quality of care he can provide.

I've found Akhil Raghuram to be a very dishonest individual. Many people complain about out of control and expensive billing. Additionally, he got his degree from a university in India, perhaps not held to the same standards of training as an American medical school. I'd recommend another clinic.
