Awful for letting front staff bully patients. This is how you run a mental health clinic?

Wish I could have met him but Stephanie at the front desk could not have been more hostile. I've reached out to several staff members letting them know how disrespectful and spiteful she was via email and of course, nothing. They have you sign medical release forms and then ghost you. Website is expired and insecure, if you have concerns - you're literally fired as a patient. Some mental health clinic.

Compassionate, responsive to questions and concerns, knowledgeable, conservative with approach to medication and dosing. I highly recommend him. No doctor’s office is perfect, but this is one of the most well run offices.

He keeps up with all new treatments. Doesn't over medicate.is very warm

Dr. Katic sees our young son. He has been a great asset to helping us manage our issues. We couldn't speak more highly of him.

Three of my family members are patients of Dr. Katic. We have had excellent care for the five plus years that we have been seeing him. I appreciate his conservative approach to medication and his obvious knowledge of pharmacology and how its effects can vary in different populations. He has always clearly prepared for our appointments and reviewed our history. I know many other people who have family members who are patients of his and are also satisfied with their care.

Dr. Katic was insensitive to me, yelled at me, didn't even know my name when I had an appointment with him that day, kept sparse records...but less records less blame? or proof? He gave me drugs/did not tell me that I could become addicted to them. Even after I had asked him if I could?I went to him for approximately 6 years. He never spent much time with me. He acted like I was intruding if I needed to talk to him on the phone. The last time I spoke to him he yelled at me and hung up on me. I kept asking him if he knew what my name was because he referred to me as "mam". He got so upset/I thought I was the one with GAD and depression?
