I had such a great experience with Dr. Patterson at my annual appointment today! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and made me feel completely at ease. The office was clean, organized, and ran right on time, which I really appreciated. My doctor was incredibly attentive, patient, and thorough. She took the time to listen to all of my concerns, answered my questions without rushing, and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. It’s not always easy going to these types of appointments, but today’s visit was genuinely reassuring and positive. I’m so grateful to have found a provider who truly cares about their patients. I was happy the day I found Dr. Alan’s practice. He is very thorough and patient in his approach, a truly very nice gentleman. His care feels genuine and not simply a rushed business. He has been in the profession for many number of years so I feel comfortable in relying on his medical advice. That assurance is very important to me. His staff is also very courteous and patient. He is extremely knowledgeable, attentive, and always takes the time to listen and explain everything clearly. The level of care and professionalism is truly outstanding, and you always feel comfortable and well cared for. His staff is just as amazing, friendly and always responsive to my needs.
