Dr. Alan Mark Fixelle, MD

I needed a colonoscopy and with the pandemic I was able to schedule it directly without an office visit. Staff was efficient and scheduled me quickly. Great experience! Would recommend to anyone.

I HAVE KNOWN DR FIXELLE FOR 30 YEARS. HE BASICALLY SAVED MY FATHERS LIFE. I JUST HAD A VERY THOROUGH INITIAL EXAM AND FEEL VERY CONFIDENT THAT DR FIXELLE WILL BE ABLE TO CORRECT THE PROBLEM I CURRENTLY HAVE. HIS STAFF IS VERY KIND AND EFFICIENT.

It is nearly impossible to get a hold of anyone in the office. The phone is NEVER answered. It took me 3 days to schedule an appointment and it is now 4 days that the nurse has not gotten back to me. I am having a flare and I can't get anyone to refill a prescription. Unfortunately, this is not the first time I have had these issues.

It is difficult to make an appointment. The process is to call in and someone will get back to you. They say they will call back to schedule in 24 to 48 hours but it takes longer. The same is true if you try to contact the nurse about refills or test results. The recorded message says 24 to 48 hours and I have never received a call within that time frame.

Dr. Fixelle is terrific. I'm due for another appointment, so I will call the office now.

Dr. Fixelle is very a very good doctor. If you can get past his rude staff. If you try to get his attention his staff either lies to him or won't relay your message. Its sad that he's probably losing patients and doesn't even know.

Dr. Fixelle is excellent. I had been to another gastro doc & several ER docs who would not take the time to figure out my problem. In two visits Fixelle figured it out. Now I'm healthy after years of painful attacks and really bad doctors. Thanks Dr. Fixelle!
