This was my first visit to Dr. Gotesman.. I discovered he had all my records, including previous x-rays, since he is in the NEOSM group. I have been to a number of orthopedists and I found, by far, his was the most lax examination I have ever had. He was so quick, I didn't have a chance to ask him any of my prepared questions. I sent me quickly for an x-ray. The technician, after I asked me, said the group kept 10 years of previous x-rays. Dr. Gotesman, after seeing my x-ray, quickly recommended physical therapy. He didn't discuss my x-rays at all, nor did he compare them to previous ones. I was in and out in 2 seconds flat!! This cost me $50.

Dr. Gotesman is on my very kind & caring. He doesn't rush you & explains everything you need to know about your condition.He did Carpal Tunnel Release on my right hand in Dec. 2015 & did the same on my left hand in May 2016. I would not hesitate to see him again if I needed help.

I went for severe thumb pain. it was so bad I had trouble holing my Granddaughter. The Dr. did basil joint repair surgery. although it took awhile to fully heal I now have 100% mobility without pain! It was so successful that I went back and had my other thumb repaired. Thanks Dr. Gotesman!

Thanks Dr. G for fixing my shoulder and both hands. Never had a doctor who explained so much details about procedure and showed me pictures of my shoulder surgery too. Have sent my family and friends and all very pleased

I was never rushed so fast into a surgery, no details were explained to me, especially about the after care and post op effects. Dr Gotesman was pleasant, and very bright, but his bedside manner, and his empathy towards patients need loads of work. I am in immense pain and never would have chosen to have this surgery had I been aware of all that it entailed. I was due for a 10 day post op appt with Dr Gotesman who when I called to make this apointment, was out for the next 10 days...making mt appt 21 days after surgery...Not happy!

After seeing a specialist in nyc, i was told i had to have surgery. I was recommended by a friend to dr. Gotesman and am so glad i went. He explained Everything so clearly i decided to have surgery with him instead and had wonderful results
