Dr. Alan Neil Brown

My first visits with Dr. Allen Brown were productive, however, at one visit I was particularly run-down and achy. I became tearful and expressed my frustration. His tone became annoyed and indignant, questioning me if I was implying he wasn’t doing his job adequately. He mistook the frustration with my lack of improvement as an accusation. Dr. Brown was apathetic in future interactions which caused a complete breakdown of my confidence in his care. He may be knowledgeable in his field, but I feel he lacks the ability to look beyond the lab work and really listen, understand and empathize with what his patients are going through mentally and physically as we live day to day with our illness.

Dr. Brown is a wonderful, caring doctor who listens and treats you like family. Very impressed.

I don't know what anyone else says, but Dr Alan Brown is by far the most attentive, caring and though doctor I have had. His bedside manner is impeccable. Everytime i have an appointment, he has treated it as if he had all the time to throughly go over and questions or concerns i may have. I am very grateful for his care and attention to my health. Thanks Dr Brown, you are missed!!

He displays a condescending attitude toward his patients. He doesn't fully explain his reasoning for recommending specific treatments, nor does he consider alternative treatments. Bedside manner is brusque. Lacks compassion.

Treats with a one size fits all approach- does not listen, answer questions or discuss non prescription/alternative treatments.
