Where do I start with the service or lack of this office provides! from the time you walk in the reception doesnt even ask you your name let alone look at you. Asks you to sign in and sit down. No personality at all. You sit among 40 people minumum all waiting to be seen. The receptionist took my cpap machine and never said what she was doing with it and put it under her desk. I eventually saw the Dr. and he seemed annoyed that I was not adapting to the machine well. So after different masks I have decided to return the CPAP. Do you think I could get a call back? No. Do you think they pick up their phones at the reception desk all day? No. I would never recommend this so called office to anyone! So unprofessional and not trained in handling patients.

WENT FROM LONG ISLAND TO GOSHEN TO HAVE DR. SCHAFFER HELP WITH MY SLEEP APNEA. HE IS THE BEST DOCTOR YOU WILL FIND AND A REMARKABLE PERSON AS WELL. HE WILL MAKE YOU FEEL COMFORTABLE AND IS EASY TO TALK TO . I RECOMMEND HIM HIGHLY.

Can't get to him, then he has no time, then he does not follow up. Stay away.

It took forever to receive an appointment with the doctor. After a test it took two weeks to get hold of him. At that stage he promised to consult with other specialists regarding possible diagnosis. After 5(!) weeks of waiting for him to get back - still no answer!!! It is a mill, not a medical practice. Shame.

DR SCHAFFER TAKES HIS TIME WITH ME. I DO NOT FEEL RUSHED WHEN HE IS WITH ME. HE DOES KNOW HIS SPECIALTY PLUS HAS KNOWLEDGE ABOUT MY OTHER ILLNESS TO BE ABLE TO DISCUSS MEDICINES WITH ME ABOUT THEM ALSO. I FEEL VERY SECURE THAT HE IS & WILL KEEP HELPING ME WITH THESE PROBLEMS.
