The 'best' of anything is, to say the least subjective. I found him, caring, thorough, and sincere. I have a soft spot in my heart for Hispanic Drs. Seem to be down to earth. I LIKE HIM and highly recommend him.

WOW,, I have been to many Dr. but this entire experience was to say the least 3rd world.. from a nursing staff that runs the gambit of childish stoner chick to over polite unskilled high voice clueless helper. Serious areas of concern; The follow up, the test result conversation, the actual lack of honesty, the Professionalism, lack of care or concern. I have had better service buying a drill at homedepot. I will spend the next however many years of my life making sure that i tell anyone that mentions any sort of gastro issues to stay clear of this practice and it's workers.
