My visit was short I feel I wasn't being heard but rushed along.

provides no time for me. 1st visit was 10 min. next visit 10 min ect. provided me with list of meds to continue, but would not refill any. just a jerk.

I waited a month to get an appointment. I have been throwing up everyday. I have a bad cough. I also asked him for an order to remove a microchip implanted on my vagas nerve that allows state and local police to torture me 24/7 every waking moment. They have tortured me for 10 years. It is excruciatingly painful and has cause numerous tumors through out my body. He said no. It is amazing that the American Medical Association issued 8 opinions that it is a violation of the code of professional conduct for doctors to help law enforcement torture their patients. He is unethical. In addition, it allows for cops to sleep deprive you everyday. It is impossible to get well when you can't sleep. He refused to fill my prescription that my retired pcp of 30 years prescribed for me. I don't think he is a good doctor. The staff is very nice and the nurse was quite friendly.

He acts like you're bothering him. Last time I saw him he was talking to me while walking away writing on his clipboard. Has no interest in one on one with his patients.

This Dr examined me for a pain in my chest . After his diagnosis he suggested a mammography which I didn't do and gave me some prescription for pain I did not buy either . Pain went away 2 days later. The unacceptable thing is when he exited the exam room he left the door WIDE open and i was naked waist up and facing me was another gentleman in another exam room . His behavior was unacceptable.

Being new to the area I looked for a clinic that accepted TRICARE & saw Dr. Francis' had high ratings within the community. I informed the staff/receptionist that I was a new patient & was informed prior to making an appt I would have to go to the office & fill out paperwork first. I went in, filled out the required paperwork & was scheduled an appt three weeks later. Two days before the appt I received an automated phone call reminding me of my appt & if I was a new patient I'd have to arrive 30 min early to fill out more forms. Seems contradicting with being told I had to go in first before a scheduled appt. The day of the appt (mind you I have been waiting weeks already) I received a phone call that Dr. Francis was sick & had to call the clinic back to reschedule. The receptionist who left the msg failed to mention their phone number had changed. I chose the call back feature from my voicemail & was directed to some other agency who transferred me to Dr. Francis' clinic. Very… unprofessional. Once I spoke to the receptionist she informed me the next available appt would be in over a month!! Unsatisfactory. Again, very unprofessional & frustrating.

Bedside manner is the worst I have ever seen. Our 7 year old son was covered head to toe (even in the mouth and throat) in poison ivy. Dr. Francis prescribed nothing. The next night he was seen at Med Express and was given the proper medical attention to include the necessary medication. Dr. Francis's negligence cause our child more harm. We will be changing doctors. This was the last straw. Do not choose him as your doctor. You will be sorry.
