Dr. Albert D Min, MD

Good bed side manners, but impossible to communicate with Dr. Min after my appointment. Ordered multiple tests, but gave no guidance nor direction on results. He never reached out to discuss my health issues. Needles to say, I was concerned about my health and looked elsewhere for advice/ diagnosis.

Was very nervous about my first procedure. the whole nursing staff and Dr Minn were very professional and explained everything step by step. They checked on me in the recovery and put my mind at ease. thank you for everything. Highly recomemded. Glen Drummond Bronx new york

Dr. Albert Min needs assistance to better manage his tive.

Has The Personality of cardboard in my opinion .I quit going to him just because I could,nt stand the attitude.Its as if I was taking up his time and he could,nt listen to me only had time to tell me of things I did not understand nor did he have the time to explain to me.The worst doctor I have ever met

I have seen him for many years even though my commute is not convient to union sq. He has been very courtious, spent a quite time with me, very good follow-ups. I have been lucky to see such a patient oriented Dr.

my appointment was at 3.00 but the wait was nearly 2 hours. i did not see him until 4.45, at which point he rushed through the meeting. this was my first time seeing him to discuss and schedule a colonoscopy, my first, and he did not really answer my questions efffectively nor seem to care whether he did. on top of that he doesn't speak english clearly so it was extremely difficult to understand what he was saying, and his method of communication was quite non linear, to put it diplomatically, jumping from topic to topic. i have nothing against ethnicity and i am primarily asian in descent myself, but effective communication, along with a sense of care for a patient's wellbeing, is a necessity in any doctor patient relationship. unfortunately neither of these were conveyed by dr min.

I was referred to Dr. Min (a 10 minute commute from my home) after going to the ER at a different hospital (a 1.5 hour commute). I was very happy with the recommendation. When I first started seeing Dr. Min my condition was "urgent" though not "emergency" and I was always able to get appointments with Dr. Min on relatively short notice. (Not sure if this is true for routine checkups, but when it was urgent, he and his staff made it happen). Additionally he was very good about following up with me via email for future appointments, treatments, and the results of all the testing they did. Dr. Min also referred me to another specialist at my original hospital for an organ biopsy surgery, which was performed well with no complications. The hospital where I went to the ER and had my biopsy also seemed to communicate well with his office. Overall I got the impression that they each wanted me to see the absolute best doctor for each task, whether that was routine care or the specialized… biopsy surgery.I should clarify that I gave Dr. Min the highest possible rating in "accuracy of diagnosing a problem" because I had a great overall experience. But in full disclosure he did not come up with the diagnosis of my condition. He ordered the tests to confirm the original ER doctor's diagnosis, then treated me.

His English is very poor, his personality is odd, and he rushes through your visit as fast as he can. Avoid, avoid, avoid!
