Dr. Ong diagnosed my husband with a mass requiring removal of one of his kidneys. He promptly scheduled the surgery and it went very well. Dr. Ong visited every day and answered all questions. He was pleasant and informative. When the nurse called him about a concern, he called back promptly and made an additional trip to visit him in the hospital. He has now made a complete recovery, to which we credit Dr. Ong.

My visit with Dr Ong was not what I had hoped for. He did not seem to want to answer my questions so I could better understand the results of my diagnostic exams. I cannot comment on his medical ability, he seemed a nice enough gentleman, but if you want a physician that explain things and answers questions he may not fit your bill. He did not fit mine.

Dr. Ong is quick, young, and knows his skill However his patient interpersonal skills need attention as he assumes you know everything. I would look for someone with better patient skills.

Dr. Ong was very reassuring during the course of my visit. He provided me with options to treat my condition and even executed a procedure in the office as a means to save me both time and money. In the end, that was not the final solution but I did appreciate the attempt to solve the problem in a minimally invasive manner. While Dr. Ong is skilled in his craft, he was a little short on providing detailed explanations of the Urological condition and the treatment process. However, I would strongly recommend him for your Urology needs.

Dr Ong is one of the best doctors I have ever seen. I am 71 yrs old. His ability to clearly describe what is happening allows his patients to understand the situation. Dr Ong is intelligent, compassionate, kind and most considerate. We are blessed to have him in our area.
