Dr. Alberto A Yohananoff, PhD

I would like to share some observations pertaining to my experience with Dr Yohananoff: 1. ALL SPECIALISTS OPINIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS ARE SIMPLY IGNORED 2. Interview with Supervisor was rescheduled 3 times by Dr. Yohananoff, one of which he proposed 9 PM as time. When it finally took place, the interview was conducted while Dr. Yohananoff was in the NY City Subway. 3. During a 50 minute interview with a third party, Dr. Yohananoff spent 40 minutes discussing European soccer 4. There was no direct observation of the relationship between mother and children except in the 30 minutes in Dr. Yohananoff that the same relies exclusively on mother statements 5. DR. YOHANANOFF INCONSISTENCIES ABOUT TREATMENTS An average T score is 50 and its standard deviation is 10. In general, a T score of 70 or above is considered to be of clinical significance as it falls two standard deviations above the norm.) Ms. ****** presented with a defended PAI profile (PIM, T=70) consequently the lack of… elevations on any of its clinical scales needs to be cautiously interpreted”. Despite a score of 70 for the mother, Dr. Yohananoff completely ignored it. 6. Out of 58 pages, only 3 are dedicated to the Children 7. Fair doubts on Dr Yohananoff ethic and professional integrity In the second half of August 2021, Dr. Yohananoff informed both parties that the interviews had concluded and that the delivery of the report was delayed by one week (which took place on 5 September 2021). At the end of August, it happens that mother, although advised against by her lawyers, proposes to father to see the children at the park in her presence, which happens with great father's surprise and happiness. The interviews had already concluded but Dr. Yohananoff exposes these encounters in his report on many occasions and with great emphasis, demonstrating the generous availability of her mother and using this as a fact to discredit father allegations that the mother wanted to alienate the children from him: “Father maintains that the concerns about his contact with the children developed only after the divorce. Prior to the divorce mother never made an issue of him spending time with the children and, therefore, he believed that her behaviour following the marital separation was driven by vindictiveness. However, mother recent offer to have him meet with her and the children in Central Park (when his supervised visits were discontinued) raises question marks about the accuracy of his allegation of vindictiveness.” It is legitimate to have doubts and be suspicions about this “coincidence”. How did Dr. Yohananoff know about the visit in the park when the interviews were already over? Why did mother not follow her own attorneys advise as she always followed their advice in the past? These questions remain unanswered.
