You walk into a waiting room with the lights turned off and only a tv on. Everything is stained; the floor, the chairs. After waiting an hour and a half and being yelled at by the office secretary, I saw the doctor. He is a very nice man, who seems to know what he’s doing. I can handle being rudely treated, it’s NYC. The lack of sanitary conditions concern me and makes me wonder where the Department of Health is. It’s seriously dirty in that office. Maybe (hopefully) his tools are sterilized but the office itself is filthy and the lights off in the waiting room is downright spooky. The state needs to come in and inspect.

Dr.Alden Pearl is the nicest doctor I visited he is well mannered,he take his time to explain,I don’t care his office is old,what matters is the care I got.

The office was stuffed with file cabinets (past the waiting area), the carpet was dirty, the chairs were old and the office had an odor. The office was disgusting for a doctors office, filled with old dirty magazines, I was afraid to tough anything. Once in the doctors office he had ALL his equipment sitting in soapy water like a barber does, I mean there were lots of patient equipment sitting around in the exam room collecting dust. The floor in the exam room was old, dirty, and the office had an odor. Heck the doctor had an odor, he smelled really bad. His shoes even had dirt just sitting on them that he did not even bother to wipe off. I was so disgusted but I had sat out in the waiting area for over an hour and had to be to work the next day so I could not afford to make an appointment with another doctor and take the time off so I suffered through this dark hole he called a doctors office. The doctor asked me to return in one month and to make a return appointment. I refused… the return appointment and was given a prescription for a nasal spray which I really needed for my congestion and wheezing. This doctor was just filthy and disgusting not worth your time. The office was the dirtiest doctors office I have ever seen.
