Donna does not have any kind of reason for working in this mental care office,she is rude, uncaring and obviously doesn't like her job people with mental health shouldn't be treated the way she treated me.There are numerous times I litterly left the office in tears because of the horrible way she has treated me badly !

Doctor Zapata is a wonderful doctor.. although his medical staff is unbelievably the most rude people I have ever met !! Donna is very disrespectful.. uncaring..and offers no kind of assistance at all.my opinion is this, people with mental health issues have a hard time already,they don't need to be mistreated by someone working in a facility such as a mental health field.

Self righteous, pompous, arrogant, self-centered. Terrible human being, so many better doctors available.

Does run over at times, but worth the extra wait. He refuses to sacrifice treatment concerns to be on time for the next appointment.
