Dr. Alena Polesin, MD

Waited nearly an hour to be brought to room then additional waiting. Asked the oblivious or maybe just disrespectful desk staff for ETA and they said 2 minutes which really meant another 20 minutes of waiting. I understand things happen which push everyone back but the front desk should be made aware and need to communicate that to patients so they know the updated wait times. Plenty of other pain management practices so I suggest avoiding this one.

Great doctor for communication and provides actual problem solving for issues that others don’t. Recommend highly

Rude and unprofessional behavior was unacceptable speaking on top of her voice to my husband after not explaining procedure and he sought clarification

Dr. Polesin is a knowledgeable, caring and compassionate physician. She spends quality time with her patients and explains medications, tests and procedures. She also suggests non-invasive options that have worked well for my old injury which cannot be helped by surgery. Wait times can sometimes be a little long because she takes the time needed with complex patients. I don’t mind the occasional long wait because of the excellent care I receive.

Dr Alena Polesin fixed me up quickly l was in so much pain...(had this problem 4 years ago and suffered 4 months with no relief went to 5 Dr's (3 spine specialists) tried therapy, traction, chiropractor all to NO avail) Dr. A is my angel

Rushed through the consultation because doctor was so far behind schedule. Cut me off when I was speaking and walked out of the exam room without saying anything.

I like Dr. Polesin very much. She is personable, caring and seems to know what is doing in helping to alleviate my back pain . She diagnosed me as having a pinched nerve caused by Spinal Stenosis and DISH disease (excessive bony growth of the spine). I received 2 x-ray guided spinal epidural from her and am undergoing physical therapy. I am in much less pain since I first came to here.

Dr. Polesin is very compassionate and professional. Will need to follow up for a steroid injection.

Dr Polesin is professional and listened to my symptoms and my concerns. She talked me through a few different avenues of treatment and was very thorough. I have improved because of her treatment and will continue to see her should my issues return.
