Dr. Alex Lechin, MD

I wanted to thank Dr. Lechin for taking his time with my elderly dad. He was thorough, explained everything, provided suggestions. He is not a 2-5 minute doctor (which is refreshing). I look forward to future visits.

I can’t thank enough Dr Alex Lechin for personal, profesional and compassionate care that he provided to my dear mother for the last 10 years of her life. My elderly mother was very sick for much of the time that he took care of her and he always gave us hope and calm, specially towardsthe end did everything possible, and many times things we thought impossible for her. Unfortunately, she recently passed away and although this has been a tremendously sad time for our family we are comforted in knowing that she was taken such good care of by Dr. Lechin. I also want to thank his wonderful staff.

I was sent to Dr Lechin by my family doctor for a bad cough I had for almost 2 years and nothing I was given really worked. Dr Lechin for the first time took all the time to ask me about my problems and cough. He examined me in detail, did Xry’s, breathing tests and allergies testing right in his office, then He took the time to explain the results and the cause of my cough and showed my himself how to use the medications for lungs and calmed all my anxieties, He was very sweet. I felt so much better from the moment I started my treatment. His office people was very nice, I did have to wait a bit but I feel it was all worth it

Dr Lechin for the first time took the time to asked me in detail al about my problem, examining me in detail, took X-ray, lung tests, allergies testing and then took the time to explain me what I had, He then went over my treatment and showed me himself how to use the breathing medications, and what to expect, and calmed my anxiety, He is a very caring person. I felt so much better from the next day on. His office staff was wonderful, the waiting time was a little long but it was more than worth it!

Este doctor es terco. Le explicas lo que tienes y ni pone atención y luego anda con prisa y medica erroneamente. Fui porque tuve un ataque de panico (yo no lo sabia) Y no podia respirar. Le explique y no sacaba el la vista de su telefono. No me puso atención y luego cuando termino con su telefono comenzó a decirme "repetirme" mis sintomas (sintomas que en ningún momento le dije) pero como no puso nunca atención pues supongo que andaba el asumiendo para no volverme a preguntar. Le corregí y le dije que eso no eran mis sintomas y se emputo y me dice que no le dije! Fue y busco un inhalador y me dice que lo inhale dos veces y le dije que lo inhale y se emputa nuevamente y me dice no inhalaste hondo (soy asmatica y se inhalar un inhalador) Me hizo inhalarlo 3 veces sin siquiera decirme ni de que era el inhalador.Cuando lo inhale mi respiración se empeoro y me dice que tengo que usarlo todos los dias y que le prometa que lo voy a usar. Cuando voy a la farmacia a dejar la receta la… farmaceutica me dice que porque me receto eso pues es un inhalador para personas con COPD. Llame y les cuestione y me dice la secretaria que los farmacéuticos no saben, que si el doctor me receto eso el sabra porque. Los farmacéuticos están entrenados para percatarse de recetas medicas que son recetadas erróneamente, como fue en este caso. Yo, personalmente, no recomiendo este doctor. Me pareció terco, arrogante y poco sensible para estar trabajando con pacientes.

Dr. Lechin is very caring, thorough, and knowledgeable. He listens thoughtfully to all your concerns and performs a thorough examination to come to a solution. I brought my mother to see him for several months, but after she moved 25 miles farther north, she switched doctors. Big mistake. She is back with Dr. Lechin and I will happily make the drive.

Thorough, first time a doctor takes the time to hear me and examined, and help me.
