Dr. Alexander Franz Drtil, MD

If you going to have a pacemaker implanted in your chest, you will want a cardiologist with the experience Dr. Drtil has. He is darn good at what he does. Thumbs up!

Dr. Drtil has treated me for afib for over a year now. He has a wonderful bedside manner. He takes the time necessary to answer any questions. I really like his Nurse Practitioner Elizabeth, too. If I could rate him more than 5 stars, I would do so. Also, his office staff is very warm and friendly.

Dr. Drtil conveyed his extensive knowledge and expertise of my condition so I could make a fullly informed decision on my course of action. His confident and personable manner exuded wisdom and compassion. I knew I was in good hands. This was also demonstrated in his bedside manner and in surgery. I don’t know where one could find a better doctor in such a critical specialty.

Dr Drtil took all the time in the world to explain my procedure in detail. He answered all my and my daughters questions. I would recommend him to anyone.

Dr. DrTil is the most caring doctor I have ever encountered. He is professional, knowledgeable and walked me thru his procedures step-by-step in layman's terms, the most calming voice, before my surgery. I totally loved his style and respect his intelligence! I highly recommend him.

I was extremely nervous about my heart arrhythmia. Dr Drtil took extra time explaining my condition to me, and what he thought could be causing it. He was able to explain everything in terms I could understand. He also explained all available options to me to fix the arrhythmia - I ended up getting a catheter ablation. The procedure went smoothly and was a 100% success. My family was updated numerous times about my status during the procedure. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better, more caring doctor! He knows his stuff and he can explain it to where you can understand it.

From first diagnosis and treatment to latest visit last week, Dr. Drtil is the best at what he does, taking care of patients who have heart arrythmia problems. His caring attitude and followup is outstanding. I would recomment him every family member and friend.
