I am pleasantly surprised with Dr. Alexander Hu. He is exactly what I was prying for. He is pleasant, attentive, a good listener, who explained and show me pictures so I could understand my condition better. I am already telling people about my extraordinary experience. Thank you Dr Hu for being a great Dr with a soul!!

I have always had a good experience with Dr Hu and his staff. It's understandable that they are very busy all the time as it’s come to my attention more than a few times that it’s hard to get specialists here in Prescott which I’ve heard from numerous people and clinicians. Dr Hu is always pleasant and knowledgeable and takes the time to explain everything to me in a manner that’s easy to understand. I imagine he treats me the same way he treats his other patients so if I have to wait a little longer I don’t mind because I know I’ll receive excellent care.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr Hu. He read my intake information and asked me questions. He was prompt & personable and knowledgeable. He eased my anxiety. He explained what he was doing and the different types of arthritis. He even had photos of the different types. There were 2 different females at the front desk. I was less than impressed. Cody was very professional and helpful. A true asset.

the Flagstaff office people are amazing and helpful. The whole phone system is sent to Phoenix and you have to wait sometimes up to 15 min waiting for assistance. And its impossible to call the Flagstaff office directly. When I first started being seen my records and meds sat on someone's desk when most of the office people left so it got forgotten and I was told it was my fault I need to tell my doctors but they had answered and it wasnt my fault. From the get go I felt he didnt believe me and even though all my doctors reached out to him he didnt care much and questioned my illness. Dr. Hu would be running late and even though my appointment was at 10 I didnt see him until almost 11. Making me late for my next appointment. I tried to push passed my frustrated feeling and keep going hoping for a change after some time. In the end I felt dr hu wouldnt listen to my symptoms just would have me look at blood work and say it look prefect. He does it in a kind way but every appointment I left feeling like I didnt get any help and felt like giving up. I felt like asking why was I not worth helping.

The entire office is run in a completely unprofessional manner. Appointments are not on time; doctors are not properly informed; and they do not seem to care about their patients. It feels like this entire practice is just a money-hungry scheme and patient well-fare does not rank on their list of importance. If you want to be completely uninformed and neglected - this is the place for you!
