Dr. Alexander Sinclair, MD

My experience post surgery was horrible with him. I walk into his office and saw someone else's blood on the floor beside the medical table. I mentioned to Anita about the blood, she apologized and cleaned it up. Unsanitary. I put the gown on and was being examined and was told that I wasn't dialiating correctly. I'm sorry but this is where he pushed down with.his two fingers and doesn't advise me of the pain I was going to experience. I was totally caught off guard. Anyone in their right mind would have shown some.compassion for what had just happened. Not him, I regret going to him and would not advise anyone to go to him for sex reassignment surgery. I always felt like he was somewhere else and not present. The time he left me naked on the table while he walked through the door to meet with his office manager might have been a sign or the time where someone's else's blood was left behind and I walked into the room finding it.

I am a very experienced RN and have had the honor of working with Dr. Sinclair, Plastic Surgeon and as a patient. He is a highly skilled plastic surgeon that genuinely cares about giving his patients the best and safe results possible. He is compassionate, empathetic and sympathetic with his patients and his friends. He is an upstanding, outstanding, creative and giving person that has helped many have a better quality of life. If you disagree with me, you either have unrealistic expectations, are delusional or upset because you do not agree with his helping someone change who they were born to be to who they truly are. My ex husband transitioned into a woman. While i was still married and my kids were 2 and 6. Alexander Sinclair had him at his house and had sex with him multiply times. He also mailed packages to my daughters at my daycare. He is a sick man and has no business sending anything to my daughters. I was very scared of him. In the midst of our separation and having two small kids going through a divorce he kept on calling our house and trying to have conversations with me on how great and feminine my ex is and how much he liked her. Why would you call a wife, still married going through the trauma of her husband just finding out that he disappears and comes back with breasts? He knew what emotional turmoil I was going through yet kept calling ME. Do you want to see a sick unethical plastic surgeon when there are so many amazing ones in the beauty capital of the world? If he is this twisted, how do you think he will be if you have problems after your Surgry? You think he's going to lie… and take advantage?

If you're getting any surgery done for gender, this guy is very very bad news

This doctor is terrible. I had him do my facial feminization surgery. What a mistake, I had to have all of his incomplete work completely re-done and to make matters worst he cut my lower lip somehow. He left a bump on my forehead between my eyes just above my nose. He did next to nothing on my nose ever though I asked him to shorten it. He did nothing to my jaws which I paid to have shaved. I was forced to have all of his work redone by the Facial Team in Spain. I found out latter, after he did his junk work on me, he went to the Facial Team for training but went around telling people he went there to give a speech. I have the before and after x-rays if anyone doubts what I'm writing. I went back to Spain and had the Ocean Clinic do the best they could to fix the scar on my bottom lip that Dr. Sinclair gave me. I am so fortunate to have the pleasure of being one of many of Dr Alexander Sinclair's Patients, and I consider him a dear friend. His medical expertise, artistic eye and impeccable detail to facial and body symmetry is astounding. Anyone meeting him will definitely sense his compassion, and humanity....Oh, and did I mention he is handsome too?

Dr Sinclair did my GRS (MTF) surgery and did an supreme job of it. No second surgery needed. Dr Sinclair also re-did my breast augmentation. first surgeon wrecked the job, Sinclair did them and their perfect.

Dr Sinclair has been a perfect Doctor and Gentleman. Plus he knows what needs to be done and does it. you could not find another doctor like him.

Appointments are very easy to make, staff makes you feel as family . Dr Sinclair LOVE LOVE LOVE Him. I have been going to Dr. Sinclair for over 10 years, injections. The funny one is were my one nostril is shaped different then the other one, so Dr. Sinclair made both nostril the same. Lift on Me was BEAUTIFUL, before Dr. Sinclair my other Doctor cause me alto of problems with my implant's, Dr. Sinclair not only fix them but at the same time when i was under He put some of my own fat injected into my lips at N/C. Very comforting to know i never have to worry about my MEDICATION.
