Dr. Alexander A Villarasa, MD

Dr. Villarasa is great but his office staff is lacking. I was told to call two weeks prior to vaccinations in order for them to order. I was told they would call me when the vaccinations came in to make an appt. I called 3 weeks ahead just in case. I never received a call after 3 weeks, so I called back several times and was given the run around. They couldn’t give me straight answer when I asked simple questions like “who will be returning my call?” and “when can I expect their call to ensure I can get my son’s shots on schedule?” I only ever received a call back almost a month later and by that time I had already gone to a different doctor. It’s a bummer that Dr. V has such a poor staff because he seems like a well educated, kind doctor. But in my opinion the office staff matters just as much as the doc. Go somewhere else, don’t waste your time.

Love him!! Always able to get us in same day when urgent and returns your phone calls personally by the end of his day. He is wonderful with children and has a large, clean office.

Dr. Villarasa is one of the best Pediatricians we have been to. He is so nice and caring and spends as much time as you need in the exam room. The waiting room also has a sick and well children side... super bonus!
