Excellent doctor! He establishes a relationship with the patient and spent time to really get to know him. This is important so that he can do the hands on job. Patient will be less tense for the examination because he trusts the doctor. He doesn't schedule a lot of people at the same time and that is nice because when you get there, you don't have to wait 'your turn'. That is very thoughtful. God Bless Dr. Velasco.

Excellent family doctor for many years!!! Has always taken the time necessary to explain illness(es), treatments & answer all patient questions and/or concerns. Dr Velasco is the best doctor I have ever, ever had!!! He will spend an HOUR or more, with me, if I need him to. He is the best, the best, best, soooo happy I found him!!!

We have been patients of Dr. Velasco for 29 years and counting. He is a very caring doctor. Takes his time with his patients. Very few out there that you can say that about. He is a very rare breed. When we choose health insurance, we always choose one that we can keep him as our doctor.

I have been with Dr Velasco for about 15 years and I have never had any complaints. Good, caring, and always concerned for his patients. Spends time with me and answers all my questions. I have recommended 6 friends and co-workers and some are now his patients too.

Dr. Velasco has been my doctor for nearly 20 years. I'd given up on the idea of a "family Doctor" until I found Dr. Velasco. He has given me a peace of mind in knowing that when I discuss a health concern with him I truly feel heard and appreciated as a person. I love that he is open to alternatives (when appropriate). I have gained a comfort in knowing he is always there for me when I need him, something I never thought possible with having to change doctors every time I changed insurances.
