(English/ Spanish)Don't go if you're sick, he will TELL YOU TO MOVE AWAY FROM HIM because he doesn't want to get sick himself. He rudely screamed at my mom to leave the room after she politely ASKED him why he wouldn't approve her for a surgery. When she asked him why he was telling her to leave and why visits are only 5 minutes long he screamed at her again that he had already told her to leave. She then said she would call the insurance company to let them know so he said that it was even worse and never wanted to see her again. No vayan con el si esta enfermo, el le dice al paciente que se aleje de el si esta enfermo. Le grito a mi madre porque ella le pregunta porque no le iba a dar la autorizacion para un cirugia que necesitaba "VAYASE!". Y despues le grito de nuevo cuando ella pregunto porque el estaba enfadado y porque las visitas con el son de 5 minutos "YA LE DIJE QUE SE VAYA". Y cuando ella le dijo que iba a llamar al seguro, el le dijo que "peor aun, menos la quiero… ver". Metimos queja al seguro, y ahora tambien estamos considerando meter una queja al nivel estatal porque el ha hecho negligencia con otros pacientes.

Setting up the appointment was easy, I called in the morning and I had an appointment for 2 hours later. The only thing they forgot to mention was that I will have to wait for 2 hours!!! This is just absurd. When I finally saw him and asked him if he thinks it's reasonable for someone to wait for 2 hours, and started getting defensive. I needed him to fill out 2 simple forms that included yes/no questions and he said that normally he charges $20 to fill out forms but that he is going to wave that charge for me because of the long wait. I later found out that it was a lie and that he does not charge money to fill out simple forms like these, but more complicated, disability related forms. Other than that, he was ok. Allocated enough time and attention for me, but it obviously does not justify this experience. Sad that doctors act like this.

Made an appointment for 9am three weeks prior and ended up waiting over 2 hours. Has too much of a patient load to deliver quality care. My advice to this office, shred patient load to deliver better care. Greed is not good.

If you are looking for a doctor to ask for a blood exame and read you the result! That`s your doctor (just put in your mind that with this one you are going to wait). I was there complaining about brest pain and he didn,t check my brest or send me to specialist. Second time I have ear infecction and headakes he didn,t even look to my ears and he ask me to go to a neurologist. Does he knows that some virus can cause headakes? His office looks crazy, you can wait 3 hours for an doctor that is going to tell you to take tylenol. p.s: the crazyness of his office is because he works only one day of the week.
